CRM → Engagement → Templates holds 39 ready-to-send templates built from the email block library. Press Use template on any of them to get an editable copy — the originals stay untouched, so you can always start again.

Personalisation
Templates use {{variable}} placeholders — {{first_name}}, {{order_number}}, {{discount}},
{{coupon_code}} and so on. Each template declares the variables it expects, and the preview fills
them with sample values so you can see the finished email before sending.
Blocks available
Heading, text, image, button, divider, spacer, columns, social, hero, footer, raw HTML, countdown, coupon, video, product card, product grid and order summary.
Reseeding
php artisan db:seed --class="StoreConsole\CRM\Database\Seeders\EmailTemplateLibrarySeeder" --force
Idempotent — it refreshes the system templates in place and never touches your own copies.
