Deals & Pipeline
Pipeline Stages
The default pipeline has stages: Lead → Qualified → Proposal → Negotiation → Won / Lost. Customize stage names and colors under CRM → Settings → Pipeline Stages.
Creating a Deal
- Go to CRM → Deals → New Deal
- Link to an existing contact or company
- Enter the deal name, estimated value, and close date
- Assign to a sales team member
- Move the deal through pipeline stages via drag-and-drop
Pipeline View
The Kanban board shows all active deals grouped by stage. Hover over a deal card to see deal value, contact name, and owner. Filter by assigned user, date, or stage.
Deal Activities
Record calls, emails, meetings, and tasks against a deal to maintain a full activity log visible to the whole team.
