Loyalty Points Program

The loyalty program rewards customers for purchasing, reviewing products, and other engagement actions. Points are redeemable as store credit.

Basic Configuration

Go to Settings → Loyalty to configure:

Points per $$ — e.g., 10 points per $1 spent
Redemption rate — e.g., 100 points = $1 off
Minimum redemption — Minimum points before redemption is allowed
Maximum redemption per order — Cap as a percentage or fixed amount
Points expiry — Optional expiry (e.g., 12 months from earning)

Earning Actions

Purchase — Points on order total (excluding tax and shipping)
Sign Up — One-time bonus points for creating an account
Leave a Review — Points per approved product review
Referral — Points when a referred friend makes their first purchase

Customer View

Customers see their points balance on their account dashboard, on product pages ("Earn X points with this purchase"), and at checkout where they can opt in to redeem points.
