Managing Products

Creating a Product

1. Go to Catalog → Products → Add New
2. Enter the product name, description, and select a type
3. Upload a main image and gallery images
4. Set the Regular Price and optionally a Sale Price with a validity date range
5. Assign to one or more Categories and optionally a Brand
6. Set the status to Active and click Save

Publishing vs. Draft

Products with Active status are visible on the storefront. Use Draft to prepare a product without making it public.

SEO Fields

Each product has an SEO tab where you can set a custom page title, meta description, and URL slug.

Bulk Actions

On the product list, select multiple products and use bulk actions to activate, deactivate, or delete them at once.

Soft Delete & Restore

Deleting a product moves it to the Trashed tab. You can restore it anytime without losing data. Use Force Delete to permanently remove.
