Roles & Permissions Overview

The platform uses Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to manage what each admin user can access and perform.

How RBAC Works

• Each admin user is assigned one or more Roles
• Each role has a set of Permissions
• Permissions gate access to specific pages, actions, and API endpoints

Built-in Roles

• Super Admin — Full access to everything
• Store Manager — Full store operations (orders, products, customers) without system settings
• Catalog Manager — Products, categories, brands only
• Order Manager — Orders and fulfillment only
• Customer Support — CRM, tickets, and order views (no editing)
• POS Cashier — POS terminal access only
• HRM Manager — HR module access only
• Accountant — Accounting and financial reports only
