The Accounting module provides basic bookkeeping and financial reporting for your business operations.
What's Tracked Automatically
- Sales Revenue — Every completed order automatically creates an income entry
- Refunds — Refunded orders create a corresponding deduction entry
- Payroll — Approved payrolls create expense entries
- Procurement — Received purchase orders create expense entries
Manual Entries
Add any income or expense not tied to a module transaction (e.g., office rent, utility bills, ad spend) under Accounting → Transactions → New Entry.
Chart of Accounts
The system uses a simplified chart of accounts with asset, liability, income, and expense account types. Customize account names under Accounting → Chart of Accounts.
