General Settings

General Settings

General settings control the fundamental identity and behavior of your store. Access them via Settings → General.

Store Identity

• Store Name — Appears in emails, browser tab titles, and the storefront header
• Store URL — Your store's primary domain
• Logo & Favicon — Uploaded images used across the admin and storefront
• Contact Email — Used as the "From" address for system emails
• Contact Phone — Displayed in the storefront footer
• Physical Address — Used on invoices and in the storefront footer

Currency

Select your primary currency and set the symbol position (before/after), decimal separator, and thousands separator. All prices are displayed globally using these settings.

Time Zone & Date Formats

Set the server timezone (affects all timestamps, order times, and report date ranges). Choose your preferred date and time display format.

Maintenance Mode

Enable Maintenance Mode to take the storefront offline while keeping the admin panel accessible. Customize the maintenance page message. Add IP addresses to the bypass whitelist for testing.
