Email Templates

Every automated email sent by the platform uses a customizable HTML template.

Editing a Template

1. Go to Settings → Notifications → Email Templates
2. Select the template to edit (e.g., "Order Confirmation")
3. Use the rich text editor to modify the content
4. Use template variables to insert dynamic data (see below)
5. Preview the email and send a test to your address
6. Save the template

Template Variables

Variables are wrapped in double curly braces:

• {{customer_name}} — Recipient's full name
• {{order_id}} — Order reference number
• {{order_total}} — Formatted order total
• {{tracking_number}} — Shipment tracking number
• {{license_key}} — License key (for digital products)
• {{store_name}} — Your configured store name

Email Branding

Upload your logo and set brand colors in Settings → General → Branding to automatically apply to all email templates.
