Notification Channels

  • Email — HTML email notifications using customizable templates
  • In-App Notifications — Bell icon notifications inside the admin panel
  • SMS — Optional SMS notifications (requires SMS gateway configuration)
  • Push Notifications — Browser push (customer-facing, requires opt-in)

  • Order received confirmation

  • Order shipped (with tracking link)
