The platform sends automatic notifications to customers and admins at key events throughout the order lifecycle and beyond.
Notification Channels
- Email — HTML email notifications using customizable templates
- In-App Notifications — Bell icon notifications inside the admin panel
- SMS — Optional SMS notifications (requires SMS gateway configuration)
- Push Notifications — Browser push (customer-facing, requires opt-in)
Default Triggered Notifications
- Order received confirmation
- Payment confirmed
- Order shipped (with tracking link)
- Order delivered
- Order cancelled
- Refund issued
- New account registration / Email verification
- Password reset
- License key issued or renewed
- Low stock alert (admin)
- New support ticket / New reply on ticket
