Order Management

All customer orders are managed from Orders → Orders. This is your central hub for fulfillment, refunds, and customer communication.

Order List View

The default view shows orders sorted by newest first. Available filters include:

  • Date range
  • Order status (Pending, Processing, Shipped, Delivered, Cancelled, Refunded)
  • Payment status (Paid, Pending, Failed, Refunded)
  • Customer name or email
  • Order channel (Online, POS)

Order Statuses

  • Pending — Awaiting payment confirmation
  • Processing — Payment received, preparing to ship
  • On Hold — Manual review required
  • Shipped — Dispatched with a tracking number
  • Delivered — Confirmed received by customer
  • Cancelled — Order cancelled (auto or manual)
  • Refunded — Full or partial refund issued
