Order Management
All customer orders are managed from Orders → Orders. This is your central hub for fulfillment, refunds, and customer communication.
Order List View
The default view shows orders sorted by newest first. Available filters include:
- Date range
- Order status (Pending, Processing, Shipped, Delivered, Cancelled, Refunded)
- Payment status (Paid, Pending, Failed, Refunded)
- Customer name or email
- Order channel (Online, POS)
Order Statuses
- Pending — Awaiting payment confirmation
- Processing — Payment received, preparing to ship
- On Hold — Manual review required
- Shipped — Dispatched with a tracking number
- Delivered — Confirmed received by customer
- Cancelled — Order cancelled (auto or manual)
- Refunded — Full or partial refund issued
