Order Detail Page

Click any order to open its detail view. You'll see:

• Order items with quantities and prices
• Applied discounts and coupon codes
• Shipping address and selected shipping method
• Payment method and transaction ID
• Order timeline showing status changes
• Customer notes and internal admin notes

Editing an Order

Admins can edit orders before they are shipped:

• Change quantities or remove items
• Update the shipping address
• Add an item manually (e.g., replacement product)
• Apply or adjust discounts

Edits trigger a recalculation of totals. If the new total differs from what was charged, the system will prompt you to issue a refund or request additional payment.

Adding Tracking

Once dispatched, enter the tracking number and carrier. The customer receives an automated shipping notification with a tracking link.
