Shipping Method Types
- Flat Rate — Fixed price per order or per item
- Free Shipping — Free above a minimum order amount or with a coupon
- Weight-Based — Rate calculated from total order weight
- Price-Based — Rate based on order subtotal brackets
- Local Pickup — Customer picks up from a store or warehouse
Creating a Shipping Method
- Open a delivery zone and click Add Shipping Method
- Select the method type and configure its rates
- Set the estimated delivery time shown to customers (e.g., "3–5 business days")
- Enable the method
Order Tracking
When an order ships, enter the courier and tracking number on the order detail page. An automated email is sent to the customer with a tracking link. Supported couriers include DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and local Bangladesh couriers (Pathao, Paperfly, RedX, eCourier, Sundarban).
