Delivery Zones

Delivery zones group geographic areas that share the same shipping methods and rates.

Creating a Zone

1. Go to Delivery → Zones → Add New
2. Name the zone (e.g., "Domestic", "Western Europe")
3. Add regions: select countries, states/provinces, or postal code ranges
4. Save the zone

Zone Priority

When a customer enters a shipping address, the system matches it to the most specific zone. Example: A customer in Dhaka, Bangladesh matches "Dhaka City Zone" before the broader "Bangladesh Zone."

Fallback Zone

A "Rest of World" zone can be created as a catch-all for addresses that don't match any specific zone. You can also disable shipping to unmatched regions.
