Bangladesh Courier Integrations
The Delivery module natively integrates with the six major domestic courier services in Bangladesh. For each courier, orders are pushed directly from the admin panel to the courier's dispatch system — no manual data entry.

Setting Up a Courier
- Create a merchant account with the courier directly
- Obtain API credentials (Key, Secret, Merchant ID)
- Go to Delivery → Couriers → [Courier Name] → Configure
- Enter your credentials and select the environment (Sandbox / Production)
- Test with a sample consignment
- Enable the courier
Creating a Consignment
- Open an order in Orders → [Order]
- Click Ship with Courier
- Select the courier (those configured and enabled appear here)
- Enter parcel details (weight, dimensions)
- Submit — the consignment is created in the courier's system and the tracking number is added to the order automatically
OTP Proof of Delivery
Supported couriers (Pathao, RedX) can require the delivery agent to collect a one-time PIN from the customer as proof of delivery. Enable this per delivery zone under Delivery → Settings → OTP Delivery. The OTP is sent to the customer's phone via SMS at dispatch.
Route Optimization
If you manage your own delivery fleet (using the personal delivery driver feature), the Delivery module can batch same-zone orders and suggest an optimized delivery route based on geographic clustering.
