Store Console is delivered digitally — there is no physical shipment. Your licence keys, downloads and account access are provisioned automatically.
1. Digital delivery
- Subscriptions: account access, downloads and your licence are provisioned immediately after your free trial starts or your payment is confirmed.
- Lifetime & one-time licences: your secure download and licence key are made available in your account immediately after purchase.
- Updates: released through your account and the in-app update pipeline for as long as your plan includes updates.
2. Access issues
If you do not receive access within a few minutes of purchase, check your spam folder and your account dashboard, then contact [email protected] — we'll sort it out quickly.
3. No physical shipping
Store Console never ships physical goods; everything we sell is digital software and licences. If you use the Store Console software to sell physical products to your own customers, any delivery and fulfilment is configured and operated by you, under your own delivery terms.
This policy is effective as of the date above and governs your use of Store Console. Where local consumer-protection law (such as the EU/UK or California) grants you stronger rights, that law prevails.
