Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of storeconsole.com and the Store Console software, licences and subscriptions (the "Services"). Store Console is operated from House 32, Road 29, Mirpur 12, Dhaka, Bangladesh. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services

Store Console is a self-hosted commerce and ERP platform. We license the Store Console application and its à-la-carte modules to you on subscription and one-time (lifetime) plans; you install and operate the software on your own infrastructure. The Services are software licences and subscriptions only — we do not sell custom development, implementation or consulting services.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for compliance with applicable laws when operating your installation.

3. Licence & updates

Subject to your active plan and these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Store Console for your own business. Activations are limited by your plan. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software except as expressly permitted. Software updates, new features and new modules are provided while your plan is active; lifetime licences include the update and support entitlements stated on your plan at purchase.

4. Fees, billing, tax & price-lock

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial; cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, and renew automatically until cancelled.

Payments & tax: payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and remits any applicable VAT, GST or sales tax based on your country, which may be added to the listed price at checkout.
Price-lock: the price in effect when you subscribe is locked for your subscription and will not increase while it remains active; any change applies only to new subscriptions or with advance notice.

5. Cancellation & effect on updates

You may cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. When you cancel or receive a refund, your access to software updates, new features, new modules and support ends from the cancellation or refund date. Because Store Console is self-hosted, your installed version keeps running on your own server — it simply stops receiving further updates and support. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or resell the software in violation of your licence.

7. Intellectual property

Store Console, its trademarks and the software are owned by us and our licensors. Your content and your customers' data remain yours.

8. Third-party services

The Services rely on and may integrate with third-party providers (for example the Paddle checkout, and the payment gateways you connect in your own installation). Their terms govern your use of those services.

9. Warranties & disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for backups, security and lawful operation of your self-hosted installation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, subject to any applicable consumer rules.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with a new date and, where required, notified to you. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

This policy is effective as of the date above and governs your use of Store Console. Where local consumer-protection law (such as the EU/UK or California) grants you stronger rights, that law prevails.
