Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. **Return Window:** You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. **Non-Returnable Items:** Personalized or custom-made items, intimate apparel, swimwear, perishable goods, digital downloads, and gift cards cannot be returned. **How to Return:** Initiate a return through your account dashboard under Order History. Print the prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location. **Refund Processing:** Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. **Exchanges:** We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors where available. Exchanges are processed as a new order with a return of the original item.
