Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains cancellations and refunds for Store Console subscriptions and one-time (lifetime) licences. Store Console is delivered digitally as downloadable software and licence keys — there are no physical goods to return.
1. Free trial & money-back guarantee
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial — try Store Console before you pay, and cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge. Once you are on a paid plan, you are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee: if Store Console isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund. Our 30-day guarantee meets or exceeds any statutory cooling-off period that may apply to you.
2. Subscriptions
- You can cancel a monthly or annual subscription anytime; access continues until the end of the period already paid.
- The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment. Later renewals are not refundable, but you can cancel before any renewal to stop future charges.
- We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial subscription periods once a period has begun, except where required by law.
3. Lifetime & one-time licences
One-time (lifetime) licences are covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After 30 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable. As digital licences, they cannot be physically returned.
4. Effect of cancellation or refund
When you cancel or are refunded, your access to software updates, new features, new modules and support ends from that date. Because Store Console is self-hosted, your installed version keeps running on your own server at its current version — it simply stops receiving further updates and support.
5. Tax
Where our Merchant of Record (Paddle) added VAT, GST or sales tax at checkout, that tax is refunded together with any eligible amount, in line with the applicable tax rules.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from your account email with your order details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
7. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or breach of our Terms of Service. This policy does not limit any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer.
