Coupons & Discount Codes

Coupons provide one-time or limited-use discount codes that customers enter at checkout.

Creating a Coupon

1. Go to Marketing → Coupons → Add New
2. Enter a code (e.g., SAVE20) or auto-generate a random code
3. Choose discount type: % Percentage or Fixed Amount
4. Set the discount value and optional minimum order amount
5. Configure usage limits (total uses, uses per customer)
6. Set an optional validity date range
7. Apply to all products or restrict to specific categories/products

Coupon Stacking

Control whether multiple coupons can apply to a single order under Settings → Cart → Coupon Stacking.

Free Shipping Coupons

You can create coupons that grant free shipping (waiving the shipping fee, not a price discount).
