The Momentum module is a full-featured internal work and project management system built directly into your admin panel. It covers the full spectrum from lightweight task tracking to agile sprint planning — all without leaving the platform.
Universal Work Item Engine
A single WorkItem model handles 19 work types: task, ticket, issue, incident, bug, request, approval, change request, warehouse task, delivery task, return task, refund task, marketing task, HR task, finance task, vendor task, story, epic, and subtask. Every item gets a human-readable key (e.g., WORK-1042).
Core Features
- Configurable Workflows — Statuses and transitions are data, not code; define your own workflow stages per project
- Priority Levels — Low, Normal, High, Urgent
- Item Relations — blocks, blocked-by, relates-to, duplicates, parent/child
- SLA Timers — First-response and resolution targets on customer-affecting items; breach alerts run on schedule
- ERP Links — Attach a work item to any platform entity: order, customer, product, return, refund, shipment, vendor, campaign, or support ticket — without duplicating data
Agile Planning (Premium)
- Projects — Optional containers with member roles (owner, manager, contributor, viewer), milestones, and templates
- Backlog — Ranked, drag-to-reorder backlog per project
- Kanban Board — Columns map 1:1 to workflow statuses; moving a card executes a validated status transition
- Sprints — Start/close lifecycle with burndown chart
- Time Tracking — Worklog entries per item with manager approval flow; approved billable hours flow to Finance
Guest Access (Premium)
Invite external clients or vendors to a scoped project view via an unguessable token portal or email invitation — with their own role (viewer, commenter, approver) — without granting them admin access.
AI Integration
The AI assistant can summarize a work item, suggest next actions, and narrate reports. All AI proposals are queued for human approval before any action executes.
