Shipping Method Types

Flat Rate — Fixed price per order or per item
Free Shipping — Free above a minimum order amount or with a coupon
Weight-Based — Rate calculated from total order weight
Price-Based — Rate based on order subtotal brackets
Local Pickup — Customer picks up from a store or warehouse

Creating a Shipping Method

Open a delivery zone and click Add Shipping Method
Select the method type and configure its rates
Set the estimated delivery time shown to customers (e.g., "3–5 business days")
Enable the method

Order Tracking

Every physical order gets a Delivery record with its own status timeline and a public tracking page at /track/{token}, sent to the customer automatically. For the six natively integrated Bangladesh couriers (Pathao, Steadfast, RedX, eCourier, Sundarban, SA Paribahan), dispatching from Delivery → Deliveries → [Order] books the shipment and syncs status via courier webhooks automatically. For your own delivery fleet, assign a delivery boy instead of a courier. Any other carrier can still be recorded manually — enter the carrier name and tracking number on the delivery, which is enough to notify the customer, but status updates will not sync automatically for carriers with no integration.
