Stand-ups, Daily Reports, Hiring & Onboarding
Beyond records, attendance and leave, HRM now covers the daily rhythm of a team and the path from candidate to first day.
Daily stand-ups
- Employees file a short stand-up from their dashboard: what they did, what is next, and anything blocking them. The AI assistant can draft it; a person files it.
- The stand-up window is announced when it opens and reminded before it closes. Reminders follow the employee's own timezone.
- Filed stand-ups land on a history list with month filters. Editing is capped by a time limit you set.
- Each stand-up reaches the employee's manager. How far up the reporting line it goes, and whether department heads see it, is decided by one visibility rule in HRM settings.
- Closing the day makes a missing stand-up visible, so it can be chased.
Daily employee report
A daily report per employee is available as a screen and as a scheduled chat message. Both are built from the same data, so they never disagree, and both respect the same visibility rule.
Meeting minutes and brag documents
- Meetings can have minutes recorded on their own screen.
- Employees can be asked for a brag document — a summary of their achievements — that travels up the reporting line.
Hiring
- Publish open positions on a public careers page where anyone can apply.
- Define your own hiring rounds (screening, interview, task, offer). Candidates are invited to a round and can move on automatically when a round is passed.
- An accepted offer becomes an employee record without re-typing.
Onboarding
A new employee's first day comes with an onboarding checklist: accounts to create, assets to hand over, documents to collect and people to meet. Each item has an owner and a due date.
