Wallet Administration
Every customer can hold up to four wallet types per currency — personal, cashback, reward, and promo — and admins manage all of them from Wallet in the sidebar, separate from the Payments settings.
Viewing Wallets
Wallet → All Wallets lists every wallet with its available balance and any held (reserved) balance. Open a wallet to see its full transaction ledger — top-ups, purchases, refunds, transfers, and manual adjustments, each an immutable, append-only entry.
Manual Credit & Debit
From a wallet's detail page, an admin can issue a manual credit (e.g., a goodwill adjustment) or debit. Every manual adjustment is logged against the admin who made it.
Daily Spend Limits
Each wallet enforces a configurable daily spend limit; a customer cannot debit or hold more than that limit in a single day even across multiple orders. Configure defaults under Wallet → Settings.
Fraud Flags
Anomalous wallet activity (unusual velocity, mismatched device signals) is flagged automatically and queued at Wallet → Fraud Flags for an admin to review and clear or act on.
Reports
Wallet → Reports summarizes top-up volume, balances by wallet type, and adjustment activity over any date range, exportable to CSV.
Customer-Facing Wallet
Customers manage their own top-ups, transfers, and balance from My Account → Wallet — see My Wallet & Loyalty Points in the Customer Portal section for that flow.
