What's New: July–October 2026

Three months, more than forty releases. This page groups the changes by the people who use them. For the version-by-version list, see Release History.

Storefront and website

  • One Storefront module, two ways to serve it. The built-in shop and the headless Storefront API share the same checkout, listing, validation and account services. Choose how the public site is delivered in Website Delivery Modes; the OpenAPI reference ships at /api/storefront/v1/docs.
  • Product cards that sell. An optional "reveal" card shows wishlist, compare, quick view and add-to-cart on hover; cards can slide through a product's photos.
  • Product page. Zoom under the pointer, full-screen gallery with keyboard browsing, calmer size and colour choices, an optional "Order on WhatsApp" button, and "Pairs well with" products.
  • Product links by category, for example /saree/product-name. Old links, including those in running ads, redirect permanently and keep their tracking parameters.
  • Product Q&A and Ask AI on the product page. See Product Q&A and Ask AI.
  • Header and menus. A header that is full width at the top and floats as a card on scroll, an editorial full-width mega menu with item images, and 20 header plus 20 footer templates.
  • Page builder. Curtain-reveal slides, frosted-glass text panels, a separate slide height for phones, product sections with "View all", a mosaic category layout and focal points for every image.
  • Faster pages. The storefront document shrank from 501 KB to 78 KB and the entry bundle from 626 KB to 255 KB; translations ship as a cached asset; hero images are served as responsive conversions.
  • Consent applies in the page it was given in and follows the visitor's law, not only the shop's.

Selling, checkout and delivery

  • Checkout fields you control through a Form Builder schema, with every error shown under its own field. See Custom Checkout Fields.
  • Bookings: sell services and appointments with slots and capacity. See Bookings & Appointments.
  • One delivery rate engine with a geography tree, zones, methods and rate rules; eight courier API drivers; automatic booking, status sync, partial deliveries and cash-on-delivery recording. See Courier Automation.
  • Orders. A flat status list (any status can follow any other), manual orders priced by the real checkout engine, manual discounts, payment terms, recording offline payments, returns and refunds an operator can start, and sales reports you can filter by channel and outlet.
  • Abandoned carts get a sequence of reminders, by email or phone, with an optional offer.
  • Payments. Paddle and Lemon Squeezy subscriptions, a 3-month plan option, tax-exclusive prices where required, and an advance-payment policy owned by the admin.

Inventory, POS and manufacturing

  • Per-SKU low-stock thresholds, with alerts that fire on every stock movement — orders, POS sales, receipts and adjustments.
  • Counter-only products that sell at the till without appearing online.
  • POS dates follow the store's clock; sales post revenue and shift closes post cash and variance to the ledger; VAT is charged for the store's country.
  • Manufacturing became multi-site: transfer supply between plants, outlet replenishment, make-to-order sales reaching planning, and optional automation for receipts, settlement, MRP runs and order release.

Accounting and finance

  • Journal entries, chart of accounts, fiscal periods, costs, tax rates, banking, reconciliation, opening balances and report export all work from every admin screen.
  • Payroll runs, vendor payments, POS sales, goods receipts (optional) and stock adjustments post their own journals.
  • AI suggests the account for a journal line and the category for a cost; chart templates apply from onboarding.

People and teams

  • Stand-ups, daily employee reports, meeting minutes, brag documents, a careers page, hiring rounds and onboarding checklists. See Stand-ups, Hiring & Onboarding.
  • Leave requests, half days and approvals work end to end; "on staff" has one definition everywhere.
  • Calendar entries remind you, in your own timezone, with staged reminders.

Platform, security and operations

  • Passkeys and two-factor sign-in in the admin and on the storefront. See Passkeys & Two-Factor.
  • Zero-downtime updates with rollback. See Updates & Rollback.
  • Setup scripts run once and are recorded like migrations, so updates never reset your settings.
  • Notifications through eleven channels, decided by one policy with a delivery log. See Notification Channels.
  • AI assistant on Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp and Discord, with buttons, slash commands and approval before it acts.
  • Six languages (English, Bengali, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, Spanish) across the interface, database content and PDF documents, with correct shaping for Arabic and Indic scripts.
  • MySQL 8 and PostgreSQL 18 both install and run every module.
  • In-app guide on every admin screen. See In-App Help.
  • Video tours for every module. See Video Tutorials.
