Manufacturing Overview

The Manufacturing module turns Store Console into a full factory operating system. It scales from a two-person workshop (create a BOM, run a production order, done) to a multi-plant operation with compliance packs, finite-capacity scheduling and full lot traceability.

• Planning — demand signals, order policies (MTS/MTO/ATO/ETO), multi-level MRP netting, statistical + AI forecasting, global ATP.
• Scheduling — finite-capacity APS board with drag-and-drop rescheduling and a multi-strategy optimizer.
• Execution — production order lifecycle (split/merge, subcontracting, by-products, rework caps), shop-floor work orders, shifts, machines, downtime and OEE.
• Quality — inspections, AQL sampling, COA with public verification, SPC control charts, Gauge R&R (average-and-range + ANOVA), control plans, NCMR, CAPA, RMA.
• Traceability & compliance — lot genealogy, recalls with blast radius, 21 CFR 11 e-signatures, FSMA 204, EPCIS, audit hash chain, industry presets.
• Maintenance — preventive plans (calendar and meter-based triggers), corrective orders linked to downtime.
• PLM — ECO workflow with approvals, document vault with an in-browser 3D CAD/STEP viewer.
• Costing — FIFO / weighted-average / standard methods, labor and overhead absorption, variance ledger, GL posting to Accounting.
