My Wallet & Loyalty Points

Store Wallet

The wallet holds store credit that can be used at checkout as a payment method.

Wallet Balance

• Current balance displayed prominently at the top of the wallet page
• Full transaction history: top-ups, purchases charged, refunds credited, adjustments

Topping Up the Wallet

1. Click Add Funds
2. Enter the amount to add (minimum and maximum amounts may apply per your store's settings)
3. Select a payment method (card via Stripe, bKash, etc.)
4. Confirm — balance is credited instantly

Using Wallet at Checkout

At checkout, the wallet balance is shown as an available payment method. Select it to apply the balance. If the wallet covers the full order, no other payment is needed. If not, pay the remaining balance with another method.

Loyalty Points

Points are earned automatically with qualifying purchases and other actions.

Points Balance

• Current points balance and their equivalent store credit value (e.g., 500 points = $5.00 off)
• Points history: how many points were earned per order, and which orders used points for redemption
• Points expiry (if enabled) — shows when oldest points expire

Redeeming Points

1. At checkout, a "Use Loyalty Points" toggle appears if you have redeemable points
2. Enable it to apply points as a discount — the equivalent dollar value is shown
3. Points are deducted from your balance at order confirmation
4. If the order is refunded, points are restored to the balance
