Customer Portal Overview

Every registered customer has access to a personal account area at /account on your storefront. This portal gives customers self-service control over all their interactions with your store.

Portal Sections

  • Dashboard — Summary: recent orders, wallet balance, loyalty points, open support tickets
  • My Orders — Full order history with status, invoices, and tracking
  • Downloads & Licenses — Digital product downloads, software license keys, and activation management
  • Wallet — Store credit balance, transaction history, and top-up
  • Loyalty Points — Points balance, earning history, and redemption log
  • Addresses — Saved shipping and billing addresses
  • Wishlist — Saved products for future purchase
  • Support Tickets — Submit and track customer service requests
  • Profile & Security — Account details, password, and 2FA

Customer Registration

Customers create an account at checkout (optional) or via the Register link in the storefront header. Social login (Google, GitHub) can be enabled in Settings → Authentication → Social Login.

Guest vs. Registered Customers

Guest customers can place orders without an account. Their order history is accessible via an email link in their confirmation email. Registering an account unlocks the full portal — loyalty points, wallet, saved addresses, downloads, and support tickets.
