My Orders
The My Orders section shows the customer's complete order history.
What Customers See Per Order
- Order number and date placed
- Current status and status history timeline
- Items purchased with images, quantities, and prices
- Applied discounts and coupon codes
- Shipping address and selected method
- Payment method used
- Shipment tracking link (once dispatched)
Actions Available
- Download Invoice — PDF invoice for the order
- Track Shipment — Opens the courier's tracking page with the tracking number
- Reorder — Adds the same items back to the cart with one click
- Cancel Order — Allowed while the order is in Pending or Processing status, subject to your cancellation policy
- Request Return — For delivered orders, initiates the return/refund process
Order Notifications
Customers automatically receive email notifications at key order events: order confirmed, payment received, shipped (with tracking), delivered, and refunded. They can manage notification preferences from their profile.
